[mr500] allow high speeds (820.11n) with WPA enabled

Description

The mr500 allows 802.11n speeds when the network in open (not encrypted) otherwise it treats all users as 802.11b/g clients and reduces the speed (max 20mbit/s). This is due to a ralink wifi driver bug.

Ralink has been informed - we are waiting for an updated driver.

Ralink let us know that "standard" WPA only allows b/g speeds whereas WPA2 is able to perform at higher speeds. A short test confirmed the high speeds with WPA2.
