"Limited or no connectivity" when configured with a Captive Portal (WiFiRUSH)

When configured to use a captive portal (WiFiRUSH) gateway / node does not give out IP address to client.

Notes:

* Standard Open-Mesh Dashboard configuration * Node successfully checks in to dashboard * Node does provide a client IP address when in "Open" mode

ng243 solves most of the basic problems but when I connect with a client I receive a coova error message that I don't know how to read. Would you mind upgrading your network to ng243 and check the chilli settings in /etc/chilli ?

UAMSERVER is malformed within /etc/chilli/hs.conf There is a forward slash missing between the host and the url suffix.
