Blank Voucher screen in dashboard

In my test network (maorg_test_network) I must of let all my Vouchers expire - or they disappeared in some way. But when I clicked the "Voucher" button in the "Edit Network/General?" screen the pop-up screen was completely blank i.e the pop-up shown at  https://cloudtrax.com/vouchers/edit_vouchers.php.

Guessing it was something to do with there being no vouchers in the system I hunted around for the "Create Vouchers" button - but realised this was only shown on the edit_vouchers.php screen, which was completely blank - so I checked what url was needed from another network where there were still valid vouchers - accessed this screen for my test network by editing the url and successfully created some new vouchers.

Thereafter everything was fine - with the edit_vouchers.php screen no longer blank ie showing my new vouchers and the Create voucher button also shown.

Looks like a small dashboard glitch ??
